Is it possible to diagnose a problem on my Tempo lithium battery cart from your headquarters and my cart in KY?I purchased a used 2019 Tempo lithium battery cart from a dealer about a month ago. Driving it up the fairway a couple of days ago it shut down.

The meter read “fault”. It wouldn’t run and I pushed it in.

Without my dealer trying to fix it by trial and error I thought it was possible you might recognize the problem through that method and tell us the part needed. Thanks
